The four stages of fabrication and erection of structural steelwork
- At the outset of a project, we are available to meet our customers on site. At this stage we are able to give help and advice on all aspects of the structural steelwork specification, as well as providing solutions to any problems the customer may encounter, including solving restricted access issues.
- On receipt of the order, we will take
our customers’ CAD data and manufacture the structural steel fabrications to their precise specification. We follow strict quality management procedures and all of our fabrications are produced in accordance with CE marking approval to EN 1090-1: 2009 + A1: 2011 Execution Class 2, which governs all products manufactured for use in the construction industry in Europe.
- During this process we will keep in close contact with our customers. We will ensure that all fabrications are made to meet the agreed budget and timescales.
- Once manufactured, we will deliver the steelwork to your construction site on your designated delivery date. At this stage we will arrange everything for the erection of your structural steelwork, including making sure you have the right equipment on site and that all health and safety requirements are met. You can leave it in our capable hands to provide the skilled and experienced personnel to carry out the delivery, access and erection of the structural steelwork.
